Refund policy

Damaged or Defective Items

We only offer replacements or refunds if the item arrives damaged or defective.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide:

    • Clear photos of the item

    • Clear photos of the packaging

    • Your order number

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Items used, worn, washed, or altered

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

  • Items delayed due to customs or shipping carriers


Shipping & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

  • Customs delays, duties, or import fees

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
We are not liable for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


Refunds (If Approved)

If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before filing a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and permanent refusal of future orders.
